Interesting article! I don’t know if I could do 6 a day, but I do think getting away from the mindset of “only 3 squares a day” can be a good thing, and help stave off hunger cravings. The mini-meal suggestions provided were helpful, and I could probably do these at work. My challenge is portion size and eating too much.

  2. I know that portion size and eating too much is something many struggle with. Keeping a food journal can help with this. It definitely increases awareness of how much you are eating or have eaten. You can even set a goal to eat a little less, say 100 calories fewer, each day until you reach your target calorie intake. Hope that helps!
